Four of Pentacles
Tarot card meaning: upright and reversed, in love, work and money.

What Four of Pentacles means
Clutching four coins: one on the head, one in the arms, two under the feet. Protecting what you have is smart. Just make sure you're holding and not hoarding.
Four is a number of structure, and in the Pentacles suit it becomes the urge to protect what you've built. The traditional figure guards his coins with his whole body, head, heart and feet, while the town behind him carries on without him. It's about security, saving and control, and it asks whether holding tight is keeping you safe or keeping you stuck. In everyday life it's both the sensible cushion in your savings and the good candles you're keeping for an occasion that never arrives.
Four of Pentacles reversed
Either you're shopping your way out of a bad mood, or gripping so tight you forgot to enjoy any of it. Find the middle.
Reversed, the grip either clenches harder or lets go all at once. You might be so worried about losing what you have that none of it gets enjoyed, or loosening up so fast that money slips through your fingers. Sometimes it's about control in general, like the belief that only you can do it right.
In love, work and money
Love
A guarded heart keeps things safe, and it also keeps them small. Share one feeling you'd normally hold back, and see what comes back to you.
Work
You may be guarding your turf or your ideas a little too closely. Share one thing you know, since people trust the colleague who isn't sitting on all the good stuff.
Money
Saving is smart, and so is a small, planned treat, so the budget doesn't start to feel like a punishment.
Yes or no?
It depends. the Four likes keeping things as they are, so it leans yes for holding on and no for anything that asks you to let go.
