Five of Wands
Tarot card meaning: upright and reversed, in love, work and money.

What Five of Wands means
Five people waving sticks and nobody actually getting hit. It's the group project, the reply-all thread, the thermostat debate. Say your piece once and let the rest bounce off.
Fives shake up the stability of the Fours, and in Wands the shake-up is friction. Five figures each swing a staff but nobody lands a blow, so this reads more like a scrimmage than a battle: competing egos and everyone talking at once. There's an upside, since friction can sharpen things, the way a brainstorm only works when people disagree. You'll see it in the meeting where five people want five different fonts, or a pickup game where nobody's willing to lose.
Five of Wands reversed
The squabble is cooling down, or you're dodging a fight that needs to happen. Clear the air while it's still small.
Reversed, the conflict either goes underground or finally burns itself out. You might be dodging a disagreement that needs airing, letting it simmer into pointed little comments. Or the scuffle is ending and everyone is quietly putting the sticks down.
In love, work and money
Love
Bickering over small things, like who picks the movie, that's usually standing in for something bigger. Ask what the real argument is about.
Work
Competition for a role or for credit, or a project with too many cooks. Make your case clearly, then let the best idea win, even if it isn't yours.
Money
Several demands pulling at the same money, with everyone sure theirs comes first. Decide your top priority in writing so the loudest request doesn't win by default.
Yes or no?
Leans no. too many people are pulling in different directions for a clean answer right now.
