What The World means

Wrapped in a wreath, the dancer has a creature cheering from every corner. The World is the finish line: a thing completed, a circle closed, the moment you realize you actually did it. Take the victory lap before you start the next lap.

The last of the twenty-two, the World stands for completion, fulfillment and wholeness. A dancer floats inside a laurel wreath of victory, ringed by the same four creatures from the Wheel of Fortune, showing the cycle has come all the way around. It's the end of the Fool's long trip, where everything learned fits together before the next adventure starts at zero again. In daily life it's graduating, finishing a big project, or feeling at home in your own life.

The World reversed

So close. One loose end is holding up the whole bow, so tie it off instead of starting something new.

Reversed, the World suggests something unfinished, a goal that's nearly there or a chapter you haven't quite closed. You might be holding off on celebrating until everything's perfect, or skipping the last step because the exciting part is over. Wrap up what's left and let yourself enjoy it.

In love, work and money

Love

A relationship reaches a happy milestone, or you feel whole in yourself and ready to share that. Either way, it's a good place to stand.

Work

Big achievements and recognition. A project wraps up well, so celebrate before you move on to the next one.

Money

A money goal reaches the finish line, like the last payment on something or a savings target hit. Mark it, then set the next one.

Yes or no?

Leans yes. the World signals completion and success, so it's a yes that comes with a real sense of arrival.
